Recipe For Success
Eleanor studied for a master's in IT, feeling that there were interesting job prospects in the field. After graduation, she moved down to London from Scotland, and secured her first role—at a software development company. She spent 10 years working for a further two consultancy companies as a software testing consultant and, after a three-year career break, she landed a position at Dun & Bradstreet.

Eleanor dabbles in many areas at the company, but she spends all mornings the same way—meeting with the team. Her goal is to propel projects forward while solving problems that occur. Her afternoons are reserved for work with U.S. teams, where she helps create product roadmaps and lends a hand with developing the next generation of major products.
