Dun & Bradstreet's offices are located in Malibu, CA
The Failure Wall
Dun & Bradstreet’s Failure Wall is a physical representation of the company’s belief that more lessons are learned through failed experiences than successes. The large white wall is a place where employees and even visitors can share their own failures and the lessons they learned from their respective experiences—which gets failure out in the open and encourages everyone in the office to make mistakes, learn, and grow.
Voted as one of LA’s Best Places To Work for four consecutive years, Dun & Bradstreet’s Malibu office focuses on learning, growing, and having fun. Throughout the day, employees can take breaks to play games like shuffleboard and air hockey—or to fly a mini helicopter or drone. Because staying active is important to staff, there’s also an in-office gym, monthly chair massages, and surfboards, paddleboards, and kayaks to use in the adjacent Pacific Ocean.
Open & Honest
Communication and an open-door policy are an integral part of the Dun & Bradstreet culture. On any given day, top leaders can be found sitting amongst the interns at their surfboard tabletop or chatting with members of various departments. This transparent atmosphere is reflected physically in the office with numerous open and collaborative spaces—and with the Technology Team’s huge wall charts listing their goals, milestones, and successes.
"From the top down, it is clear that what matters most to this company are the employees and the culture. The company is highly ethical and always makes decisions with these factors in mind. This company is fast-paced and the most energizing environment that I have ever worked in.”

"'Work hard, play hard' is lived up to. Almost any important day—regardless of religion or nationality—is celebrated with catered food. The break room has food and beverages available for free, as well as a plethora of games to break up the day. Most importantly though, we embrace failure and how to learn from it.”
