After graduating from Stanford with a degree in computer science, Constance joined Microsoft, where she learned to build Office web and mobile apps. Thirsting to increase her impact and broaden her technical knowledge base, she interviewed at Dropbox and was immediately drawn to the people and the opportunities to work on challenging projects.

Constance’s work is hugely impactful to the company’s growth. Her projects are a balance of new feature development and foundational engineering work—both integral to growing and maintaining Dropbox’s billing and payments systems. In addition to her technical contributions, Constance has also played a core role in building the Dropbox Seattle culture, from speaking on panels to organizing the annual hack week and being the resident fitness guru.
