With a master’s in accounting from University of Notre Dame, Monica went to work for a Big Four firm straight out of school. The diversified clientele she came in contact with allowed her to find her niche in non-routine business practices. She researched a few companies and felt that DriveTime would afford her the best opportunity to provide value-added experiences to a company.
At her desk by 8:30 AM each morning, Monica begins her day by meeting with her team and other department leaders to get a feel for how projects are progressing. Her main focus is creating accurate yearly and quarterly financial reports, although she also spends a great deal of time analyzing the potential outcome of new business transactions.
