Michael graduated from Cornell College with a degree in psychology, as well as a minor in marketing. After leaving a previous position, Michael decided to give DriveTime a try. He started out as a sales agent, but over the course of a few short years, he moved up to supervisor and then management positions.
Michael arrives at work around 8 AM. He begins by going over the previous day’s reports, then steps into multiple meetings with Marketing and Finance Departments to develop campaign strategies for the upcoming day. In between, Michael speaks with sales agents individually to make sure they’re completely set up for success.
