While working in the sales field, Casey realized she was really passionate about developing people. Looking to be part of a company that positively impacted people’s lives, she found that Drillinginfo was the place for her. Casey enjoys applying Drillinginfo’s goal of improving global quality of life to the lives of each of her employees.
Casey’s job is all about making the employee experience as great as it can possibly be. To accomplish this, Casey meets with senior leadership to decide on overall strategy, and she visits Drillinginfo’s various offices, interacting with employees at all levels, seeking to coach, develop, and invest in everyone at the company—and have fun, too.
