Realizing she wanted to find opportunities for professional growth, she decided to apply to Drillinginfo. Since then, not only has she seen her own career grow, she’s also found ways to invest in her team as well.

Ann’s primary goal is to provide the best customer experience possible, so she seeks to ensure that her teams have all the resources they need to perform well. As such, Ann reviews metrics and data daily, while also meeting one on one with her team members, giving them access to professional development opportunities and support.
