As an undergrad student working full-time at Dow Jones, Sendi encourages applicants considering continued education to move forward and dream big. Concerned with managing both work and school successfully, Sendi didn't enroll in many classes at first, however, she found that balancing her time proved to be easier than she imagined—and she looks forward to furthering her career at Dow Jones with her college degree.
Sendi ensures that customers are always thrilled with their Dow Jones subscriptions, and customer complaints forwarded by executives within Dow Jones are her top priority. She reviews sent emails then corrects any validated problems. Sendi strives to deliver customers first class service—working collectively with the Billing and Delivery Department to ensure newspapers are available to subscribers and received on time.
