Matt grew up in New Jersey and played college football, so he was bound to sample his fair share of beer. After graduating, he started working in property management but later turned to the restaurant industry—where he learned the ins and outs of sales. Matt sold for a few brands before joining Dogfish Head, where he’s been ever since.
Matt starts his days at his kitchen table—because he and the majority of other sales pros are home-based. After coffee, Matt runs reports to benchmark sales stats to adhere to business plans. Then he splits his time liaising between distributors and the company and spreading the word about which events enthusiasts can find Dogfish at next.
