Bill realized his knack for brewing while studying mechanical engineering in college by taking an elective brewing class. As he pursued a career as a government project manager, he kept up with his newfound hobby on weekends. Eventually, he left the contracting world and attended the Siebel Institute to officially pursue his passion.
Bill covers everything, from manually dumping ingredients into brewing systems to troubleshooting the computers that handle some of those duties. If he isn’t managing fermentations or working with barrels, he’s in the lab counting yeast under a microscope or attending daily taste panels to hear samplers sing praises of his concoctions.
