A natural extrovert, Leslie went to school for theater and costume design, then into a career in recruiting and human resources. She’s always been passionate about the human administrative side of creating a culture. After 13 years of recruiting, Leslie was ready for a career change with a startup, and happily found her role at Docler.
As the go-to person for all office details, Leslie’s day is constantly changing. Aside from a few set schedules and meetings, things are always popping up. To stay in control, Leslie relies on being a good listener to meet the needs of the staff, taking action when needed, and understanding the pulse of the office.
“It really does feel like a family. We try to take the time to catch up with each other and understand what some of the challenges are, to help each other out where possible, and to really just laugh a lot and have a good time.”
