A natural entrepreneur, Mitch built online businesses and applications all throughout college. After graduation, he worked at an ad agency catering to Fortune 100 companies, but, after five years, Mitch sought a change of scenery—accepting a different position with company where he met a few friends that happened to be running a side project called DigitalOcean.

On a day-to-day basis, Mitch meets with different departments and teams to prioritize goals for the future, while constantly sourcing new candidates to join the already stellar DigitalOcean crew. He works particularly closely with the Marketing Team to drive user growth—as well as with the Community Team to continue creating educational awareness opportunities for developers.
