Rachel’s Story
Passion for Planning
Rachel started planning events in college, never intending to make a career out of it. After graduation, however, she quickly missed it, realizing this was her passion. Originally joining Digital Air Strike to learn about social marketing, Rachel became enamored and stuck around, quickly earning one promotion after another before finally becoming the Event Manager.

Every day for Rachel brings new and exciting challenges as she plans spectacular events to impress at trade shows, to show appreciation for existing clients, or to reward employees. Since clients are often aided remotely, it’s absolutely crucial that face-to-face moments at events make impactful impressions, so Rachel is always striving to bring her A-game and outperform the competition.

“We’ve won multiple awards externally, and we really focus on showing what we do with technology, social media, and best practices. Notably, we won the Red Herring award twice in a row, as well as a Human Resources award and many Arizona-specific awards. It really just shows that we’re growing, building, and innovating more than other companies.”

“We focus on charity here at Digital Air Strike. We do a lot of different things, including a fundraiser for single moms battling breast cancer and blood drives, to show we’re supporting our employees and the issues that matter to them while giving back to our community for everything they’ve given us.”
