Having studied marketing and sports management in school, Diana came to Arizona looking for a fun company that was focused on social media marketing. Impressed by Digital Air Strike’s social media expertise and the opportunity to join a company on the forefront of a movement, Diana has watched the company grow from 30 employees to nearly 200. Her career has grown too—she’s been promoted five times.
Diana starts every day gathering her team of client advocates for a brief stand-up meeting to touch base and prepare for the day. Her main goal is to support her team and create a fun, nurturing, and motivating atmosphere so they can reach their goals and keep their clients happy, enabling the company to grow.

“We have a lot of great benefits and perks here—one of my favorites is the half-day Fridays that we have in the summertime. Many of our employees use the time to go outdoors or do charitable work. I really love using the extra time to head north and go hiking with my dogs.”
