Grace then came across Dia&Co and felt the company embodied and reflected many of her own morals and values.

“My advice for someone looking to work here is to underscore our purpose in your interview. Believing in expressing yourself through radical style and providing clothes and styles for anyone who feels like they don’t have access to properly express themselves are key criteria for working here.”
