Grace studied journalism with a concentration in photography and film at Boston University. After graduating, she worked in a photojournalism fellowship in Chicago before coming back to the East Coast to apply her skills at a nonprofit organization. Grace then came across Dia&Co and felt the company embodied and reflected many of her own morals and values.
Grace’s duties revolve around the day’s agenda and project schedules. She may be at her desk mirroring hard drives or checking how photos and videos have been catalogued. Grace also oversees all the company’s cross-functional asset deliveries, such as digital ads and billboard campaigns. She also functions as a project manager, producer, and photo tech on shoot days.
“Since I started working at Dia&Co, I’ve not only gotten my feet wet in a variety of photo and video opportunities, but I’ve also become more confident and excited to express myself.”
“My advice for someone looking to work here is to underscore our purpose in your interview. Believing in expressing yourself through radical style and providing clothes and styles for anyone who feels like they don’t have access to properly express themselves are key criteria for working here.”
