We work in NYC
Dia&Co was founded by two fierce women who met in business school and couldn’t believe that the fashion needs of 65% of women in the U.S. were not being met by traditional retail. Nadia and Lydia have had very personal experiences with the struggles faced by curvy women looking to find beautiful, fashionable clothing. Inspired by the grassroots body-positive movement, Dia&Co works closely with influencers and bloggers to make a beautiful product that people love.
What Dia&Co Does
Dia&Co is an online personal styling service for women with curves. We take the time to get to know each customer, then send hand-selected clothing and accessories, chosen to match her style and compliment her figure. We make style accessible to the plus-size woman by creating a shopping experience that is tailored specifically to her. Dia&Co's mission to inspire radical self-acceptance through style.
With "Eye of the Tiger" as their pump up anthem, Dia&Co team members set aggressive goals and have fun working to achieve them. The staff's first well-deserved team getaway is taking place along New York's Hudson River—complete with a personal chef and pool. Dia&Co embraces a "work hard, play hard" mentality and welcomes new team members to contribute to their culture and new traditions.

"My favorite part about working at Dia&Co is knowing that we are a part of empowering women across the country to feel great in the skin they're in, and through fashion they can be comfortable, stylish and unstoppable!"
"Every day at Dia&Co is a new challenge, since we're a very small and nimble team. Our Tech Team does weekly sprints with a daily stand-up at 10 AM, and from there, we get started on the day's work. As CTO, I'm deeply involved in the company's website and internal processing system, which is used to coordinate the creation of hundreds of customer clothing boxes each day."
