Lashley skipped college and dove right into work. In fact, Dex Media is her first role in a corporate environment, though insurance experience helped prepare her to work with client accounts. Lashley considers every day at Dex Media to be a learning experience, since she gets a lot of on-the-job training and mentorship that’s helped her master project management and account organization. On top of that, she works through service reports to monitor campaign phases and collaborate with clients on the back-end through the built-in editing tool.
