Gail started her career with aspirations of being a development engineer, but quickly realized that she wanted more customer interaction in her day-to-day life. She decided to look for other opportunities—finding a home at Dex Media where she was brought on to launch the company’s help desk. Impressed by Dex Media’s commitment to providing new and cutting-edge solutions for clients, Gail eventually worked her way up to Senior Manager, IT.
Working with an offshore team means that Gail’s days start early. Every morning, Gail has a 7:30 AM check-in call to get an update on what products were tested overnight and what needs to get out the door. With her priorities in order, Gail spends the day reviewing quality assurance tests and releasing approved products into the eager hands of clients.
