Kimberly was looking for an opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility in the operations realm when she found Dental One. Before seizing the opportunity, she worked in private practice environments in a different part of Texas. Luckily, Dental One’s values and mission inspired Kimberly so much that she and her family packed up and made the move.
Kimberly wears lots of hats, and she puts the first one on around 6:30 AM. After preparing for a morning huddle, Kimberly’s main goal is helping her practice shine as one of Dental One’s best. Though she’s achieved a lot—like being named the Operations Leader of the Year in her market—Kimberly still turns her attention to motivating her team, often with coffee and breakfast tacos, before the first patient arrives.
