Molly majored in public speaking. After school, she spent many years in the finance industry, working positions in both banking and mortgage management. Ready for a career change, she began searching for an incredibly innovative company that worked with cutting-edge software and tech tools. After interviewing at a few places, DealerSocket was the clear winner.
Molly’s mornings begin around 7:30 AM in DealerSocket’s training classroom. She works with new Sales Team recruits to help them learn the website and digital marketing information of each DealerFire product the company offers. She also roleplays scenarios in which employees discuss big benefits the company can bring to each business.
