Kelvin studied engineering design and operations management at Northeastern State University. He started his sales career at Dealertrack and Sprint—and then became a Business Development Center expert. Kelvin has a natural affinity for helping customers solve their pain points. Kelvin later joined the DealerSocket family after it acquired his previous company, AutoStars Solutions.
Kelvin’s typical day includes presenting product information to potential clients about DealerSocket’s pipeline via email, web, or in person—and touching base with current clients to make sure that their Software as a Service integration processes are installed properly to the fullest capacity. Kelvin also relies on customer leads to expand his influence and clientele.
