Alex is currently attending the University of Utah for a finance degree. Recently, his roommate recruited him to the DealerSocket team, telling him what a fantastic and flexible culture the company keeps. After interviewing, Alex could see that everything his roommate said was incredibly accurate—and he decided to join the organization.
Alex spends the majority of his day fielding phone calls from client users who are experiencing technical difficulties with DealerSocket software. He assists in step-by-step feature training, and he works to solve any product malfunctions that might arise. In between calls, Alex liaises with software engineers to communicate and coordinate technological solutions.
