Leon made his way to Datadog after being referred by an enthusiastic employee. He initially launched his career in the engineering field before transitioning into software sales. After interviewing at Datadog, Leon was immediately drawn to its fast pace, personable atmosphere, perfect location in the heart of the city, and hungry, hard-working startup culture.
At 8:30 AM, Leon checks emails for customer requests and replies. After finding prompt solutions, he preps for meetings and customer training sessions, making weekly introductions and satisfaction check-ins with users. Learning about different companies—their backgrounds and unique Datadog plans—Leon connects with Sales Teams and the Support Team to maintain accounts.
