Wanting more control of his finances and craving a more lively workplace, he made a conscious switch to work in the startup world—finding vibrance and energy in Datadog's close-knit team.

At 8 AM, Jake meets with his team for one-on-one weekly sessions to review pipeline performance and move deals. Working supportively with sales representatives, the Sales Director, and internal teams, Jake familiarizes new hires with Datadog's systems using role-play—and provides training on smart sales solutions, planting seeds of success to keep the team sharp.
