Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in organizational psychology. After school, she started working in the HR industry and was referred to d’aprile by a friend. When interviewing, she was so impressed with the company’s culture, brand, and development that she decided to join the team.
Kristen keeps her days full focusing on fine-tuning employee engagement processes. She works to identify and implement innovative solutions that assist d’aprile properties in acquiring and retaining top real estate talent. She manages benefit packages and oversees compensation administration while ensuring department development across the entire organization through smart staffing.
