After majoring in communications and business in college, Grace started working in the nonprofit sector for several years. Though she found the experience very fulfilling, she was ready to seek other opportunities for career growth. Grace’s interest in Custom Ink was piqued because of the company’s donation program, which benefitted organizations like her nonprofit.
As a Key Account Manager—or KAM—a typical day for Grace involves talking with customers all day long, whether via phone or email. She could be assisting them with pricing, sending products to explore, or following up after the order was received to make sure they’re happy with the finished product. As a part of the KAM-ily, Grace serves as a dedicated point of contact for her customers at every stage of the process.
“What I love about the Golden Rule is it really means that everybody is going to have your back. Whether you need to ask your colleague a question or even our CEO, everyone’s going to be there to help you.”
“My favorite thing about Custom Ink is that the core values are still very much a part of the belief system.”
