Simone’s Story
Match Made In NYC
Simone majored in math and economics at Yale University. After working at Microsoft for five years on Bing's Core Relevance team, she quit her job to start her own startup—a roommate-matching service in NYC. When Symbi didn’t take off as she’d hoped, Simone remembered the awesome Curalate happy hour her friend Brent had invited her to, and the rest is history.

Simone’s days generally start at 10 AM. When she’s not coding on her own, she's running large SQL queries or working with her team to debug problems. The Engineering Team works on projects for two weeks at a time, usually on multiple projects at once within a larger effort. Most recently, Simone built out the data pipeline for Curalate's newest product—Reveal.
