The Curalattes Challenge
Every week, two teams of three Curalate employees compete against each other in a friendly competition known as The Curalattes Challenge. Teams are given a ridiculous assignment—whether it’s a reimagination of the Mentos jingle, a superhero origin story about co-workers, or a faux interview with the Kardashians—and grab coffee together to brainstorm solutions. Their ideas are presented at the company’s All Hands meeting and are always equally hilarious and impressive.
