Growing up, Lucie knew she wanted to help people. Her passion for helping others led her to study medical office management, a line of work in which customer service plays a large role. Lucie accepted her job at Curacao after realizing her customer service experience could easily translate to the world of consumer retail.
Lucie’s day begins at 9 AM. After logging into Curacao’s computer system, she takes calls from shoppers who want to open customer service orders. She spends her morning finding solutions to these service claims, and reaches out to other departments as necessary. After lunch and a company Zumba class, she continues to field calls until her shift ends.
