David began his career working at Wells Fargo before being recruited for a supervisor position at Curacao. Later, after mastering his supervising role and expressing his desire to grow with the company, David was promoted to Sales Manager. Initially, it was Curacao’s work culture which drew him into the company.
After arriving at work, David immediately starts walking the sales floor. He ensures store merchandise is presentable to customers and checks to see that ads and promotion signage are properly displayed. Depending on the day, David may spend his shift resolving a customer issue, training new hires, and giving instructions to his team of sales associates.
