Sharon loves working at CrowdTwist because she enjoys interfacing with CrowdTwist’s clients. In fact, her passion for people makes her perfect for her position. As a Technical Account Manager, Sharon has to know how to get to the heart of every client question—and when it comes to finding the perfect solutions for CrowdTwist’s clients, Sharon’s people skills always pay off.
Sharon spends her day tackling everything from technical questions to Client Success Team meetings. Because she’s in charge of all technical aspects of CrowdTwist’s client onboarding process, Sharon collaborates often with CrowdTwist’s Development Team—and she’s never short on innovative ideas. Her favorite part of the job? Watching her proposals come to life as she pursues solutions for each new product challenge.
