Rachel obtained her degree in business administration in Boston before moving to New York City for her first job as an account manager. Rachel soon found herself looking for a change—and she landed at CrowdTwist. Her role as a senior manager allows her to learn the ins and outs of launching new loyalty programs.
Rachel’s job as a senior manager on the Client Success Team tasks her with collaborating with CrowdTwist’s solutions architects. She serves as a liaison between their clients and CrowdTwist’s staff, encouraging development and the maintenance of loyalty engagement products. Whenever clients have new requests, Rachel works diligently to meet those needs.
