Katrina aimed to be a chemical engineer, but found she actually liked the world of materials science engineering better. Now, she blends that technical expertise with keen leadership skills to support Cree.

What Katrina Does
Manager, Sustaining Engineering
Katrina arrives at 8 AM and works with the Operations Manager to review the previous day’s performance before charting a new plan of attack. She also helps optimize performance across the entire factory before heading down to the floor herself. Once there, she checks with team leads to make sure operations and equipment are good to go.
