Graduating from USC with a bachelor’s in Spanish language and culture, Brytani originally intended to transition to medical school and serve the LA community. However, after entering the COPE Health Solutions Scholar Program, Brytani discovered her love of administration and joined the leadership. There, she met her current supervisor—and the rest is history.
As a regional manager, Brytani oversees the COPE Health Scholars educational programs. In charge of coordinating with three hospital sites, Brytani works to develop new service lines and add value to projects for clients while also increasing opportunities for students to network and expand their skills.
“What attracted me to COPE Health Solutions was the culture and the fact that we really do stand by our mission, especially with the Health Scholar Program—just building and growing individuals to become future leaders in the health care arena.”
“Management is very collaborative. If anyone needs anything—at anytime—we can pick up the phone and give a call to anyone, from the top down.”
