Stu gets into the office around 9:00 AM—just in time for his team's daily Stand-Up Meeting. At the DSU, Stu and his teammates make plans for the day, scheduling team design discussions and splitting off into pairs to code stories from the team's story backlog. At the end of the iteration, the team looks back, tunes the process, and plans for the upcoming iteration.
