Having an interest in technology, Maura went to college at Youngstown State University and graduated with a degree in information technology. With the help of one of her previous supervisors, Maura was given her big break at Continuum, and she was happy to join the team in the Pittsburgh office.

Maura usually gets to the office around 9:45 AM and checks in with her team to get them ready for the day. She reviews the service levels for the previous, current, and following days to make sure the team is adequately staffed and that all service queues are good to go. Maura also frequently meets with the other team leads so they’re all on the same page regarding the day’s tasks.
