Born and raised in Seattle, Kathryn moved to Chicago to study economics at Northwestern University. After working at IBM for a couple of years as a Business Analyst, she found ContextMedia out of the blue. She has been there ever since, splitting her time between the Chicago and New York offices.
Each morning, Kathryn’s team holds a stand-up meeting to discuss their top priority for the day. The rest of Kathryn’s day flies by as she works with different team members across the company on a wide variety of projects—using analytics, data, and research to enable revenue-driven growth and development.
“You can’t expect to know everything, and we don’t expect you to know everything. What you can expect is to be surrounded by people who will support you, so you’ll be able to hit the ground running and contribute and love what you do every day.”
“There’s so much room for creativity. As we reinvent ourselves time and time again, ideas really grow from grassroots efforts. Our ability to implement those ideas quickly and with agility and adaptability is what continues to foster our growth and development.”
