Starting with his first job at a music store in Detroit, Clarence worked for years in retail, which taught him a great deal about the importance of outstanding customer service. Clarence became aware of Consumers through a friend, and found that his experience in helping customers prepared him well for a role on the team.
Clarence describes himself as a relationship-builder. Whether he’s bonding with his team or treating every member who walks in like a friend, Clarence is passionate about connecting with people inside and outside the office. He especially enjoys holding off-site meetings and finding opportunities to get to know small businesses in the local community.
