He gained a mix of tech and sales experience over the years—along with the ability to spot industry trends. Deepak heads in by 9 AM and works through a string of meetings. Half the appointments are to collaborate with his team, tracking sales progress or discussing individual employee goals, and the other half go to customer meetings and calls. Deepak also helps bridge the geographically divided Sales Team by facilitating a quarterly business review.
