Ted’s life before Clearlink included everything from being a wilderness instructor in Alaska to studying mechanical engineering at Northeastern University. Though he’s got a penchant for the outdoors, he eventually accepted a web development position at Clearlink. It wasn’t the same as scaling a mountain —but Ted did climb through five more positions after starting.
Ted’s relentless focus on results means he’s constantly scoping out the tiniest areas of opportunity. Once he’s discovered a new avenue, Ted pieces together information from across the entire customer journey—all those data points—to optimize the end experience. This strategic direction was especially integral after the SYKES acquisition, which Ted navigated like a pro.
