Ted’s life before Clearlink included everything from being a wilderness instructor in Alaska to studying mechanical engineering at Northeastern University. Though he’s got a penchant for the outdoors, he eventually accepted a web development position at Clearlink. It wasn’t the same as scaling a mountain —but Ted did climb through five more positions after starting.

This strategic direction was especially integral after the SYKES acquisition, which Ted navigated like a pro.
