Steven was born and raised in California. Throughout his career, he has had a variety of jobs, from coffee barista to retirement insurance agent and landscaping work. Steven learned about CLEAR through a friend and realized that all of his previous work experiences had been in customer service—a skill that is key to his success at CLEAR.
After several months as an ambassador, Steven was selected to be a Team Lead. Team Leads are identified as high-potential individuals, and in addition to their ambassador responsibilities, they begin taking on leadership tasks, such as coordinating breaks and promoting team engagement. Steven is responsible for setting a great example for his peers, from telling the CLEAR story to knowing the technology backwards and forwards.
