Being raised by a Cordon Bleu Chef, food and hospitality are in Lisa’s genes. After growing up in the kitchen, for over 30 years, Lisa’s innovative passion for the industry, service, and culinary expression has known no bounds. It has allowed her to not only build a billion-dollar company but also inspire and uplift others to achieve their own careers in the food services industry.
Much of Lisa’s time is spent on site at our many accounts across the country. She is passionate about spending time on the campuses we serve to listen to associates, guests and clients and gain feedback and generate ideas directly from those at the heart of the business. Lisa and her central Support Team make it their mission to take these ideas and implement best practices throughout the whole Chartwells organization.
