Like many college students, Lee felt stuck and uncertain in his job. He took an opportunity to participate in Chartwells’ Management In Training program, and suddenly, his career grew—Lee had job prospects in various fields, from managing hospitals to sports teams. His passion for on-campus activities coupled with his training program experience landed him the position he has today.
On a day-to-day basis, Lee answers phone calls from clients and books catering events. Whether it’s for a meeting in an office conference room or for a ballroom-sized event, most of Lee’s time is spent ensuring the needs and wants of his clients are clearly communicated to his staff of caterers—and appropriately implemented to Chartwell standards.
