Peter attended Georgetown University with only one certainty—that he’d be on the rowing team. After graduation, his career plans were still fuzzy, so he joined the Leadership Development Program of a large telecommunications company in sales and business development. Peter knew he liked the role—but wanted to work for a smaller, well-structured company with a unique and differentiated product.
Peter begins each day getting organized for upcoming meetings. It isn’t long before he’s interfacing with senior executives on the phone or in person to demonstrate solutions to their challenges and guide their conversations to the point of onboarding as new clients. Peter partners with business development associates to generate sales activities and collaborates with Research Teams to increase product value through market feedback.
