Once a year, CEB throws a National Sales Meeting to bring together all the CEB offices around North America. The 3-day event kicks off with guest speakers and a talk about the next year’s vision from CEO Tom Monahan. The company then breaks off into smaller groups to discuss new products, training best practices, and the company’s collective goals.
Elyse spends her days in meetings—either one-on-one with various team members or with different departments around the company. As a liaison between her associates and the rest of the company, Elyse spends her time working with the Learning and Development, Internal Marketing, and Recruiting Teams to make sure her team always has what it needs.
