Andrew recently graduated from CEB’s structured learning and development program—Sales & Service Professional Development, or SSPD—where he was able to go from being an entry-level employee to developing business acumen and knowledge about CEB’s products. These learning and development classes are a core part of the career development opportunities offered to CEB employees—and they help to enhance employees’ professional output.
Andrew spends his days on the phone and corresponding via email with prospective clients. He interacts with these clients throughout the day and gives them as much insight as possible into CEB’s solutions. Andrew works with his team of six to continually enhance their product and research knowledge—discussing best practices for reaching out to executives and improving sales pipelines.
