Nathalie has many areas of expertise. After graduating with a business degree, she learned marketing and sales while living in Germany before becoming a research analyst at the Wall Street Journal. Nathalie’s involvement with news and previous marketing experience pushed her to a digital media role at ESPN. After years of mastering her skills and following sports, Nathalie joined CBS Interactive to cover all her bases.
Nathalie manages a team of 16 employees who geek out over All-Access data on a daily basis. However, it’s Nathalie’s job to make sure the numbers pulled in through SQL and Python get translated into decision-ready insights to inform product launches and other decisions. Since she and her team build dashboards and models, Nathalie also oversees implementation of the internal BI Academy.
