Ben’s Story
Uniquely Fun
Ben graduated from Penn State University with an electrical engineering degree, but after two years in the field, he decided his time was better spent doing something he loved. He obtained a software engineering master’s degree and responded to a CA job posting that described its uniquely Agile, autonomous, and fun-loving coding culture.

Senior Software Engineer
Ben parks his bike, grabs a seat, and begins emailing. Whether it’s progressing a previous story or initiating new projects, he includes the entire team in the process during 10 AM stand-up meetings. Between foosball, ping-pong games, and occasional guild meetings, Ben and his team are behind keyboards, performing pair programming for most of the day.
