LaToya's day begins at 9:00 AM—making sure all her team members are in the office and logged in. Throughout the day, LaToya makes sure her teammates stay motivated and have all the tools they need to succeed. She attends team meetings, listens in on calls to ensure quality, coaches and trains Customer Care employees, and has the autonomy to handle issues that may arise.
