For LaToya, CARFAX’s easy atmosphere and freedom to create solutions within clear guidelines came as both a shock and a much-appreciated change. In her previous financial services positions, there had been strict regulations over almost everything, including her attire, so LaToya was ecstatic to find that CARFAX asks only for its employees to work hard, play by the CARFAX Playbook, and complete projects with integrity.

LaToya's day begins at 9:00 AM—making sure all her team members are in the office and logged in. Throughout the day, LaToya makes sure her teammates stay motivated and have all the tools they need to succeed. She attends team meetings, listens in on calls to ensure quality, coaches and trains Customer Care employees, and has the autonomy to handle issues that may arise.
