Ashley attended University of California, Santa Cruz, where she majored in feminist studies and literature. After graduating, she began working for nonprofit organizations centered around education. Ashley decided she wanted to transition to a tech field, so long as she could work at someplace mission-driven. Now, she loves how CareMessage helps people by creating awesome products.

Ashley arrives at the office around 9 AM. She spends her morning answering emails, hopping on phone calls, and helping customers get the most out of CareMessage services. After lunch, Ashley spends the afternoon working on more strategic projects, such as refining product training materials. She likes collaborating with other teams to develop these materials.
